- Beet and goat cheese Piramidali pasta with parsnips, fresh shaved beets, and parmigiano reggiano, featuring Trenchers Farmhouse and Jericho Settlers Farm
- Grilled Arctic char, braised cabbage, crispy daikon radish, fresh horseradish, trout roe, and orange beurre blanc featuring Pitchfork Farm
- Chicken mousseline with confit legs, creamed greens, semolina gnocchi, and chicken jus featuring Misty Knoll Farms
