Burke Mountain Maple Co. is family owned and operated with the help of friends. They keep their sugaring operation small to be able to provide high quality maple products. They pride themselves on locally made VT maple syrup from their 9,000 tap sugarbush. They are committed to providing a high quality maple syrup on a wood fired evaporator. They use a longer boil time for a more robust maple flavor. They offer all grades of Pure VT maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar, wedding favors and sugar on snow parties.

For Maple Open House Weekend they are offering sugar on snow, fresh donuts with maple syrup, syrup and product sampling, tour of the sugar house and operations.
