Welcome to the tradition of the Orleans County Fair located just off Interstate 91 (exit 25) in the Northeast Kingdoms scenic Barton, Vermont. This is an old-time agricultural county fair steeped with history dating back to 1867.  There is entertainment and fun for the entire family. Children one year of age to 100 will enjoy the animal exhibits and judging shows; (horse shows, horse pulls, horse harness racing, gymkhana, dairy cattle shows, beef shows, oxen show, ox pulling, milking parlor demonstrations, sheep shows, petting zoo, poultry exhibit, rabbit exhibit, alpaca exhibit).

Other agricultural displays include; horticulture display, arts & crafts, wool spinning, farm machinery dealer display, antique farm machinery. The evening entertainment is comprised of 4×4 truck pulling and the Demolition Derby. Experience a historic county fair in a picturesque setting!
