Boissoneault Farm was established in 1971. Their farm initially began as a conventional dairy farm and was once up to 500 head of dairy cattle. In 2014 they made a very difficult decision to sell their dairy cattle and stop all dairy production due to unpredictable market price fluctuations and other factors. After selling their dairy cattle, they looked for another business venture. In 2017 they decided to start a local beef business, now called Boissoneault Beef. Their beef products can now be found at restaurants all throughout Saint Albans and they continue to expand their reach throughout Vermont. Boissoneault Beef's mission is to provide their customers with the highest of quality all-natural beef products at an affordable price.
