The McKnight Farm is a family-owned organic dairy farm in central Vermont. They are solar powered and USDA certified, with a herd of about 600 happy cows. They also keep pigs, chickens, and horses, and sell many affordable products directly to the community!
The farm stand features their certified organic beef, pork, chicken, eggs, and raw milk.
