Westford Sugarworks

Westford Sugarworks Organic Maple produces Organic Maple Syrup in Westford, Vermont.  They are a family-owned business, certified by Vermont Organic Farmers and certified bird friendly.  They manage their woods to provide good habitat to a variety of birds and other wildlife. Recently they installed solar panels and derive power from the sun to power their sugaring operation.  They encourage you to try all the grades to see what you like best! The darkest syrup (Very Dark with Strong Taste) is best for cooking, while the lightest (Golden Color with Delicate Flavor) is commonly used on ice cream.
