Willow Hill Farm is a small diversified farm made up of a husband and wife team that handcrafts internationally award-winning artisanal cheese on site. Our cheeses are plank aged in an underground cave here on the farm which provides optimal temperatures and humidity for ripening. The farm is a seasonal grass-based dairy: our animals graze native pastures to obtain the highest quality forage from Vermont's indigenous grasses and pasture plants. We make cheese right on the farm in our licensed cheese house.
We also grow Certified Organic blueberries. Our blueberry U-Pick is open each year around mid-July thru August.
